Enter RETAIN Parental Leave Coaching. RETAIN is an evidence-based coaching philosophy, and practice developed to support the 3-phase parental leave transition—for new parents and their managers. Developed by our founder, Dr. Amy Beacom, our RETAIN Parental Leave Program™ has been piloted, tested, refined, and proven to work.

We believe every parent deserves a plan and support through their parental leave transition. We also believe that, for most parents, there are often more questions than answers when it comes to planning for leave and how to navigate it well. So, we created a space where you can take charge and set yourself up for success. Welcome to the Leave Your Leave Parental Leave Coaching Experience.

When you sign up, you get:

• Lead Your Leave™: Bite-sized, self-led online learning modules based on our proprietary RETAIN Parental Leave Program™. Our 3-phase RETAIN parental leave coaching method provides a proven, evidence-based, framework to help you experience a smoother transition. We'll guide you as you move from your established worker identity to your new parent identity and then merge into your working-parent identity.
• A message board to connect with other parents navigating parental leave as well as our RETAIN-Certified Parental Leave Coaches. Our community is moderated by RETAIN-certified coaches to ensure you're benefiting from a community of support and advice you can trust. 
• Regular expert-led live workshops to help you deepen your learning through all 3-phases: preparing for leave, during leave, and returning from leave.
• A Resource Library for Parents containing up-to-date resources to supplement what you're learning through Lead Your Leave™. Includes recordings of past expert-led webinars, additional handouts, relevant articles, resource recommendations, and more.
• The option to upgrade your experience and work directly with a RETAIN Certified Parental Leave Coach. Working with a RETAIN coach offers new parents the space necessary to openly explore your evolving personal values, goals, and aspirations, which can then be translated into concrete actions.
